For all product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you want to replace the product with the same product in another number or with another design, you should contact us to confirm that it is available. For reasons of hygiene, no changes or returns are made to all underwear.
The first change is free!
Excludes the products you have purchased with a discount of 50% and above (outlet), in which there is a charge for the 1st change (regarding shipping costs) € 5.00 / shipping.
For each subsequent change in the same order, there is a charge (for shipping costs) € 5.00 / shipment.
The change can be made in the following ways:
A. At your place EXCHANGE (hand in hand) with the courier who will deliver the new number or design you want.
Β. Receive by EXCHANGE at the nearest ELTA DOOR-DOOR store in your area.
caution: In case the customer needs to return the parcel for the second consecutive time, there will be a charge of 5 € for the shipping costs (courier).
You should try all the shoes on a soft surface, until you are sure that you want to keep them. Shoes should be returned to their original condition.
In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount. The sender undertakes the transport with a company of his choice (sender charge). If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product in the bank account that you will indicate to us within 10 working days from the day we receive your parcel. For orders that have been paid via Debit / Credit Card or Paypal, the return of the value of the products is made to the respective account. Otherwise the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the impossibility of refund and return of this package. The refund concerns the value of the products. Any extra charge from courier services are non-refundable!
